Try Us for a Week — pay £695 for your first four days’ care — days five, six and seven are on us, worth over £500. These are the full terms of the offer, in plain English.
- Assessment first. Every respite stay begins with our care assessment. We confirm a booking only where, in the opinion of the Home Manager or senior management, we can meet the person’s needs safely and the home is right for them — at the home’s sole discretion. If we decline, anything paid is refunded in full, promptly.
- The offer. One respite stay of up to 7 consecutive days: you pay £695, which covers your first four days’ care, and up to three further days — days five, six and seven of the same stay — are on us. A “day” means a calendar day’s care including the overnight stay. Days beyond the seventh, and stays outside this offer, are at the rate we quote you in writing (every fee at Aldridge Court is individually assessed).
- When. The stay must begin within six weeks of booking. We may stop this promotion at any time without notice; bookings already confirmed are always honoured.
- One claim only. One claim per person, for a first respite stay at Aldridge Court; not combinable with any other offer; no cash alternative.
- Payment. No booking fee. The £695 is payable in full before arrival, confirmed in writing beforehand.
- If the stay isn’t working. At our sole discretion, we may end the trial at any time if we feel we are unable to accommodate the person properly — and we will give you a full refund.
- Change of mind in the first two days. If you change your mind in the first two days of the stay, tell us and we refund you in full. Beyond that, we will always listen — speak to the Home Manager.
- Cancelling before arrival, and your legal rights. Cancel at least 48 hours before arrival for a full refund. Booked by phone or online, you may also have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; if the stay starts within those 14 days we will ask your express agreement to begin sooner. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
- Everything else. Our standard respite terms apply in every other respect — care, meals, laundry, heating and activities included. Staying on, or returning permanently, is at the rate we quote you in writing after assessment; there is never any obligation to stay on.
- This price stands alone. £695 is a promotional price for this offer only. It is not our standard respite rate, it does not indicate the fees for permanent residence or any other stay, and no other fee is calculated from it on a pro-rata or any other basis. The “worth over £500” statement is based on three days’ care at our published minimum weekly fee (from £1,295 a week — over £550 across three days); fees are individually assessed and are typically higher, so the true value of the three days will usually exceed this.
