Come any day, 9am–5pm — no appointment needed for a look-round. And to be clear about the difference: visiting your own relative here is welcome at all times; the 9am–5pm window is for first-time visits and tours. If we are busy caring for our residents when you arrive, we may not manage a full tour on the spot — but if we can accommodate you, you are most welcome, and if we cannot, we will arrange the earliest time we can. It has been our way for nearly twenty years in print, and longer in practice.
What a visit looks like
45 minutes, see everything, meet whoever is on duty (that is rather the point), questions answered straight — bring the checklist.

At the end of your tour you will have the opportunity to speak personally with the Home Manager and a registered nurse, to discuss any specific medical or care needs in confidence.
